Build Your First Funnel Challenge

By enrolling in the Build Your First Funnel Challenge (the “Challenge”), participants (“you”) agree to the
following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE
Funnels Mastery Academy may update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. By continuing to use the Website after we post updated Terms, you agree to those changes. We encourage you
to review this page periodically to stay informed, as the current Terms are binding on you.
1. Enrollment & Access
By enrolling in the Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
By registering and making payment, you are granted access to the live session and other materials included in the Challenge.
For the first launch, the session will be conducted live. Replay will be provided to attendees.
Access is granted for 30 days from the date of purchase. After the 30-day period, all access will expire automatically, and no extensions will be provided.
Access is non-transferable. Sharing your login details or giving access to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
Pricing may change during promotional periods, but the amount paid at the time of enrollment is final.
2.1 No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of time to complete the Challenge
Technical issues on the Participant’s side
Personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts
3. Challenge Structure
This Challenge is delivered 100% online together with the downloadable resources.
You are responsible for going through the materials and implementing what you learn within the 30-day access window.
4. Conduct & Community Guidelines
Participants must engage respectfully in any associated groups.
No spamming, self-promotion, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
Any violation of these standards may result in removal from the community without warning or refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All Challenge content—including videos, templates, guides, and tools—is the intellectual property of Funnels Mastery Academy and is protected by copyright laws.
Participants are strictly prohibited from:
Sharing, reselling, or giving away any part of the Challenge materials
Using the materials to create a competing product or training
Modifying and claiming any Challenge content as your own
Violations may result in immediate removal and legal action.
6. Technology Requirements
To participate in the Challenge, you must have:
A reliable internet connection
A device capable of streaming video content
Access to view or download digital resources (e.g., PDFs, templates)
Funnels Mastery Academy is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Challenge on your end.
7. Registration Accuracy
It is solely the participant’s responsibility to ensure that all registration details, including but not limited to name, email address, and payment information, are entered correctly during the enrollment process.
Failure to receive a confirmation email due to incorrect information provided by the participant is entirely the participant’s fault. Funnels Mastery Academy will not be held responsible for any errors, missed communications, or lack of access resulting from incorrect registration details.
No refunds, credits, or compensations will be provided due to participant mistakes during registration. If you suspect an issue with your registration, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase to request assistance. Failure to do so may result in permanent loss of access, and no exceptions will be made.
It is not our responsibility to track down incorrect email submissions or resend confirmation emails multiple times due to participant error.
8. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantees
This Challenge provides guidance, tools, and resources to help you build your first funnel. However, we do not guarantee specific results or income.
Your progress depends on your effort, consistency, and implementation.
Funnels Mastery Academy is not liable for any outcomes, business losses, or missed opportunities related to this Challenge.
9. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
By enrolling in the Challenge, you consent to receive emails and communications related to the program.
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for administrative and Challenge-related purposes. Funnels Mastery Academy does not sell, share, or distribute participant information to third parties without consent.
10. Changes to the Challenge (for first batch)
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or update the Challenge schedule, content, or speakers if necessary. In the event of any major changes, registered participants will be notified in advance via email. No refunds or compensation will be issued for changes in scheduling or content adjustments.
